The St. Regis Abu Dhabi is looking for a Restaurant General Manger to lead the team at Catch at St. Regis, which is the latest addition to the many award winning venues located at St. Regis Abu Dhabi. Introducing an ambiance of elegance and sophistication, Catch at St. Regis invites all discerning seafood taste makers and connoisseurs to embark on contemporary and occidental cuisine full of flavors and innovative presentations with a highlight on Caviar sturgeons, Oysters, Sushi and Crabs. If this sounds like your passion point and you have an excellent track record of leading, motivating and inspiring a team of 20 plus professional Hosts, then we would love to hear from you. The venue promotes and supports high end quality ingredients and is situated on the glorious Nation Riviera, right in the heart of Abu Dhabi on the Corniche.

Your prime skill set will be leadership and high end restaurant management experience is desirable as you will oversee a very busy venue and also assist with menu planning, promotional events and you will strive to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance in areas of responsibility. Education and Experience

• High school diploma or GED; 5-7 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, high end restaurant management.


Managing of Day-to-Day Operations

• There is no such thing as an average day at Catch at St. Regis, as the venue hosts VIP clients on a daily basis and you should possess flawless interpersonal skills and provide much needed support operationally.

• You will aim to add only the highest quality of staff to the team and be active in recruiting for any vacant roles.

Additional Responsibilities

• Provides information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.

• Analyzes information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.

• Assists servers and hosts on the floor during meal periods and high demand times.

• Recognizes good quality products and presentations.

• Supervises daily shift operations in absence of Assistant Restaurant Manager.

• Oversees the financial aspects of the department including purchasing and payment of invoices.
