DESCRIPTION

AE Engagement Manager manages two channels: Outbound & Organic Social. Outbound (Email and Push Notifications) that drive engagement and local relevance based on internal customer insights and external market trends. The importance of both channels lies in communicating directly with customers, allowing them to take an immediate action by sharing feedback publicly.

Key job responsibilities
1.The role of an Outbound manager is to work backwards from customer needs, identify the right mix of content & placements on cross-category and GL/PL level communication, nudging customers to make a purchase on Amazon. The scope demands end-to-end ownership of these programs ranging from insight generation, customer proposition, segmentation, experiment design, identification and validation of success metrics, measurement plan, stakeholder and campaign management to post-launch monitoring and reporting.
2. The role of the organic social channel manager requires the owner to: (1) define the channel strategy across diverse social channels and influence several internal and external stakeholders manage different priorities to represent the Amazon brand and adapt to the continuously evolving changes in MO (Modus Operandi) and algorithms of both channels and protect Amazon reputation on those channels.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

– 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
– 1+ years of Salesforce, Tableau, Vidyard, and Excel experience
– 1+ years of designing, building, and launching successful email engagement programs, specifically lifecycle/nurture programs experience
– Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

– Experience working with a major brand or entertainment company in project/production management
– Experience in e-commerce, start ups, advertising, commercial
– Experience using data visualization tools
