Job Description & Summary

A career within the HC strategy and transformation team forming part of the Internal Firm Services will provide you with the opportunity to assist the business with leveraging workday technology to enhance and unify human resources and other functions.

This role looks at understanding the forces shaping our business and developing solutions by assessing functionality and their usage to transform processes and procedures across the entire employee lifecycle.

This role is for a 1 year fixed term period.

In joining, you will be part of a team that helps all Middle East territories reinvent the way we work and the workday technology platform currently in place, bringing strategic value through productivity and business effectiveness improvements within Workday.

As an experienced Senior Associate/ Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

  • Analyzing functional process issues and pain points within workday and provide the necessary recommendations and best courses of action
  • Analyze data issues, recommend and prioritize solutions in Workday
  • Enable change management for all changes to processes and system functionalities
  • Prepare documentation and governance as and where necessary to understand the way the system operates and the downstream impacts actions in the system will cause
  • Manage close relationships with the global teams as well as other PwC territories
  • Manage configuration implementation and testing as part of optimisation projects and beyond
  • Clear reporting to senior management on resolution statuses

The Ideal candidate would ideally have :

  • In depth practical experience of all modules and their functionality within Workday is a must
  • Workday certifications would be considered an asset but not a requirement
  • Workday Implementation knowledge (design, configuration, testing, training) particularly for Recruitment and ideally HCM at a minimum
  • Ability to read situations, identify opportunities and capitalize on relationships to build quality, diverse relationships
  • Use straightforward communication, in a structured way, when influencing others
  • Delegation skills : Ability to support more junior members in the team to provide opportunities and coach to help deliver results and continued progression
